We offer a simple, straightforward, honest service. Our support is unrivalled and within our solution you can directly contact us with ticket requests, these are unlimited and are included within our service to you.
If you already have access to your dashboard through our trial or as a full member you can access our support by creating a ‘Support Ticket’ located at the bottom of your dashboard titled ‘Customer Support’
All support requests are ticketed so that we can quickly and easily assist you. You can expect a reply within 24 hours, however this is usually a lot sooner.
All updates are included, we would never charge you more for these.
